Location

Shoot venues are not included in the packages: these need to be provided by you, giving you the chance to find a unique place that fits your brand perfectly. It is important the location is spacious enough for us to shoot in, and that is has at least one large natural light source (unless we agreed on a specific concept/low-light). I prefer to work with natural light when I can, however, I will always bring my lighting kit.

My absolute favourite is taking photos outdoors in nature; great if you’re looking for a budget option or want to create images that stand out!

Travel

Do you live outside of London but would like to shoot with me? Or found a beautiful spot somewhere further afield that you think would be perfect for the images you are envisioning? I am very happy to come to/with you if you pay for my travel costs (and accommodation if necessary).

I regularly visit both Glasgow and Edinburgh, so get in touch if you’re looking for a female glamour photographer in Scotland. I occasionally travel to other destinations in Europe (especially Scandinavia and the DACH countries - I speak fluent German!) and all over the world. Please sign up to my newsletter if you’d like to be the first to know about any tours!

Hair, MAKEUP and outfits

I have someone wonderful I can recommend for hair and makeup! Please give as much advance notice as possible and don’t forget to add extra time for this when booking a location.

If you need any advice regarding sourcing your outfits or props, please just let me know - I’m happy to help!

Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required immediately upon booking to secure your chosen date. The remaining amount (package price minus deposit) can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day. I operate a strict no-refund policy post shoot, due to the time and effort invested.

If you feel like you can’t afford to pay the whole amount in one go, I offer the option to finance your package in increments over several months prior to your shoot.

Editing

As an experienced retoucher, I will work to your specific requirements (which you will be asked about in detail during the booking process). The following steps are included in my editing process: brightness and contrast adjustment, colour correction + colour grading, background tidy and removal of distractions, smoothing of skin and retouching of scars/wrinkles/blemishes, small tattoo removal if required, minor body shaping, and face blurring, all done according to your personal preference. My aim is to enhance your natural beauty and uniqueness: you want to stand out in this industry, not look like everyone else.

Please note that there is an extra fee for removal of very large tattoos due to this being a time-intensive task (blurring is free of course).

Timings

If you would like to extend your shoot on the day, I am happy to do so for a surcharge of £100 per hour (subject to availability).

Your proof gallery will be sent to you within 72 hours after the shoot (this might be slightly longer if I’m touring/travelling), from which you can then pick your favourite images for editing.

If you are struggling to narrow down your favourites, you are very welcome to pick more than the original amount included in your package. Additional retouching is £30 per photo.

You will receive the retouched finals within two weeks from the day you’ve informed me of your choices or made payment for extra edits. If required, rush editing can be purchased.

Nerves

Whether this is your first ever shoot, or just the thought of being infront of a camera makes you nauseous, please try not to worry! As a female photographer with long-term experience in this industry and an all-female team, I aim to make you feel sensual, empowered and safe during the shoot. I often receive compliments on my ability to help people feel completely comfortable and relaxed. I am happy to offer a free phone or face-to-face consultation before your shoot if you’d like further reassurance.

Additionally, if you would like to bring someone with you to the shoot, whether they are a human or a four-legged companion, you are very welcome to do so of course (as long as they don’t distract us too much!). Personally I don’t drink and I would advise you not to bring any alcohol (or other substances), as it might affect your ability to pose effectively. Getting a good night’s sleep and practicing some gentle stretching or yoga before our shoot will be beneficial to making you feel comfortable and at ease.

Further in-depth information will be sent to you once a deposit has been paid and the booking is confirmed! Please get in touch with any further questions, I am happy to help :)
